1. Services and Content

VIXInsight.com provides educational resources, data analysis tools, and market insights related to the CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) and associated ETFs (e.g., SVXY, UVXY, VXX) through our VIX Academy (video courses, including the Umbrella Bias Theory), VIX Data Hub (interactive data dashboards), VIX Stories (articles), and VIX Pulse (free weekly newsletter). All content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of performance.

2. Subscription and Payment

Access to VIX Academy, VIX Data Hub, and VIX Stories requires a paid annual subscription (“VIX Master Membership”) priced at $150/year, subject to change. Payments are processed via Stripe (2.9% transaction fee applies). Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law, and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription through your WIX account dashboard. The VIX Pulse newsletter is free and requires only an email subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the Site’s content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to share, distribute, or reproduce content (e.g., videos, dashboards, articles) without prior written consent from VIXInsight. You acknowledge that VIX and ETF trading involves significant risks, including potential loss of your entire investment, and you assume full responsibility for your trading decisions. 4. Intellectual Property

All content on VIXInsight.com, including but not limited to the Umbrella Bias Theory, videos, dashboards, articles, and data visualizations, is the intellectual property of VIXInsight or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content, including recording or sharing subscription-based materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The “VIXInsight” name, logo, and Umbrella Bias Theory are proprietary and protected by copyright.

5. Limitation of Liability

VIXInsight, its creators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, including but not limited to losses from trading VIX ETFs or other financial instruments. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data (e.g., VIX, M2-M1 spreads, ETF prices) or the performance of strategies (e.g., those in VIX Academy or VIX Stories). Past performance, including 20 years of historical data (2004-2025), is not indicative of future results.

6. Termination

VIXInsight reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or subscription services at any time for violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of content or failure to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your access to paid content (VIX Academy, VIX Data Hub, VIX Stories) will cease, but you may continue to receive the free VIX Pulse newsletter.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Country, e.g., New York, USA], and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
